Strength & Conditioning

Our Strength & Conditioning program efficiently combines the most effective training methods of Weightlifting, and High Intensity Cardio. In one hour our coach will guide your athlete in high intensity interval training with a focus on strength and conditioning utilizing our vast array of equipment. These classes focus on Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Speed, Coordination, Power, Agility, Balance, Accuracy, and Cardiovascular & Respiratory Endurance. Whether you are a Varsity football player or are a youth athlete looking to take your sport to the next level, strength and conditioning at The Farm Sports Center can help you reach your goals.

$60 a month for one 1 hour class each week.  Discounts available when paired with a second class.
